Our Building Process
Our Building Process is simple, yet thorough. Below are the three most important stages of the building process that we guide our clients through.
BRAINSTORMING
This is where the fun starts, we start off with a complete site inspection to get a good understanding of the potential of your property. From there we sit down with you to discuss who is going to be living in that space, and how we can best tailor it to suit all of the occupants' lifestyles.
DRAFTING
Turning our clients concept into working drawings is the most important part of the drafting phase. We work with our draftsmen and architects to make sure that the living spaces are appealing, the frontage is striking, and most important of all, that the engineering is sound.
COMPLETION
Once all of the building approvals have been met we begin construction and completely project manage your build for you. We consult with our customers when we reach certain milestones of the project and then once it is complete we go through the handover process.
