This project made excellent use of a large variety of materials, finishes, and the hiring of only the best trades available ensured the quality of workmanship was extremely high. Excellent project management by Bellevue Building Concepts also ensured that there were no errors in the timing or planning of the build. This skilled project management helped ensure that the Quality Tradesmen involved in this project only had to concentrate on keeping the quality of their workmanship high, instead of fixing errors from previous trades or the draftsman’s plans.

Attention to the detail of the construction of the alfresco area, floor finishes, outdoor kitchen area and to the laundry powder room, make this a truly one of a kind addition/renovation.

An innovative C-Bus microprocessor- based control and management system controls all of the homes services, helping to keep energy costs down and giving the owners more fine tuned control of their home.
